Our Program

Caring Life

The CaringLife Leadership program aims to guide young people in understanding how their daily micro-decisions can shape their habits and ultimately their character. These character traits determine how others perceive and interact with them. By making mindful and caring decisions young people can enhance their agency, acquire valuable assets, and improve their relationships with others. Conversely, thoughtless behavior can create liabilities in their personal lives and relationships. Developing leadership skills starts with self-knowledge.

While public performances showcase the choir’s vocal talents, studying CaringLife is the most important aspect of our program. This ongoing project involves developing a 28-segment set of learning materials that allows our singers to examine their decision-making habits and reflect on how they shape their behavior, character traits, and future assets or liabilities. We emphasize the daily decision to lead in every lesson.

Musicianship and teaching

In addition to CaringLife, the choir practices choral singing on a weekly basis with the guidance of their wholehearted director and a world-class accompanist. As a result, the choir’s level of musicianship, ranging from basic music reading and singing skills to advanced abilities, continues to improve.
